Biography


Dragana Pešić was born in Kruševac on 6th March 1976. Having finished Grammar School in Trstenik, she enrolled to the Department of English Language and Literature, Faculty of Philology, Belgrade University, where she graduated in 2000. In 2007, she completed her master thesis in the field of ESL Methodology. Her doctoral thesis in the field of applied linguistics was approved at the same Faculty in 2009.
Right after studies, she started her teaching career and has worked as an EL teacher at the secondary and tertiary educational levels so far. In 2011, she started working at the Faculty of Hotel Management and Tourism in Vrnjačka Banja.
Having successfully completed a series of seminars organized by The English Book and approved by the Serbian Ministry of Education, she got a title of a teacher trainer.
Her field of interest is applied linguistics.
